Adriana Carreno has joined the Cenfluence initiative as its Life Sciences Cluster Manager. Adriana is a program builder and ecosystem operator focused on turning emerging technologies into functioning markets. Please join us in welcoming her to the team!

Adriana most recently led the buildout of Plug and Play’s Semiconductor Program at NeoCity, working across startups, corporates, investors, and public partners to accelerate commercialization in defense, advanced manufacturing and deep tech. Her work centers on designing environments where capital, technology and decision-makers converge to drive outcomes.

Her background spans strategic communications, program development and ecosystem building, including her time at the Orlando Economic Partnership, where she contributed to regional growth and brand strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in mports Medicine and fitness technology from Keiser University, which continues to inform her focus on human performance, recovery and the role of technology in improving quality of life.

Earlier in her career, she worked in rehabilitation and performance-focused environments, shaping her perspective on accessibility, innovation, and real-world impact. She has since collaborated across public, private and community sectors to design initiatives that are both inclusive and outcome driven.

The Life Science Cluster Manager for Cenfluence accelerates growth for Central Florida life sciences companies, specializing in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health technologies. The cluster manager helps startups level up by identifying funding opportunities, facilitating industry partnerships and providing tailored business development support, acting as a key connector to help life sciences companies scale, innovate and connect with domestic and international markets.
