Mariana Camargo joined Cenfluence as a Cluster Coordinator in February 2024 and will be working with member companies on fostering collaboration across industries and contributing to their growth.
Born and raised in Colombia, Mariana moved to Orlando when she was 14 years old and soon developed a passion for business and entrepreneurship. While attending the University of Central Florida, she balanced being a full-time student with working part-time at Costco, which she says taught her the importance of time management, resilience, and adaptability. Her studies focused on strategic management, operations, and business development, areas that align closely with her interest in helping businesses grow, connect, and positively impact their markets.
During her time at UCF, she was actively involved in business-related projects, collaborating with peers on case studies that analyzing market trends and growth strategies for companies like Target. She also took a keen interest in entrepreneurship, participating in events like the Exchange at UCF and learning from industry leaders. Those experiences reinforced her excitement for problem-solving and innovation in business.
“Now, as I step into this new role with Cenfluence, I look forward to applying my skills and experiences to support businesses and foster meaningful connections that drive growth and innovation,” Mariana says.
