Innovation – we hear of it often and the need for businesses to be innovative. But where do ideas come from? Who generates them? How does one take an idea through all the steps of implementation and transform it into a commercially successful venture – i.e., an innovation. In this presentation Dr. Mitra will focus on innovation at the personal level and exemplify some of the common behavior patterns that successful innovators have adopted and followed to turn their ideas into useful innovations.
